Boca Raton and Southeast
Florida is our hometown. We’ve grown up here and have experienced first-hand the
tremendous growth which has taken place since our arrival over 30 years ago. However,
despite our larger population, the area has retained its small town charm and is
considered one of the finest communities in the country to live, work, raise a family,
have a vacation or second home or retire.
Jack moved down from
Columbus Ohio in 1967 and graduated from Boca Raton High School. Barbara, a native
Floridian, moved up from Miami and graduated from St. Andrews School. Having first met at
Florida State University, the Neumans returned to the area after graduation, married and
went to work for a local builder/developer.
Experience in new home
sales, marketing, finance and construction led to the formation of their own real estate
company, West Boca Realty. In 1991, the company was sold to RE/MAX Select Boca Realty and
the Neumans have remained as sales associates of the company.
When families are
relocating into the area they need information on just about everything, not just real
estate. Jack & Barbara can assist in making a smooth transition. The Neumans have been
involved in thousands of transactions. Their local knowledge, experience, and expertise
allows them to anticipate situations before they become problems and to assure a pleasant,
hassle-free move. Relocation packages are express mailed overnight and they have a
full-time sales and closing coordinator to give their clients the highest possible level
of service.
Jack has received the
Certified Relocation Professional designation from the Employee Relocation Council and the
Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Council of Residential Specialists.
Barbara has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation and is a graduate of
the Realtor Institute (GRI).
Jack & Barbara have
two children and reside in Boca Raton.
